February 03 Superbowl SundayWell I did awesome today. I made a lowfat buffalo chicken dip and had it with baked tostitos. That was my healthy-ish superbowl snack. It was a lot better than what I had last year. I also went to the grocery the other day and I bought some jicama. I have heard very good things about it at weight watchers. Have any of you tried it? I found some recipes online, I think I might try one this week. I finally went back to the gym yesterday after a few days off. That was bad. But I walked a mile around the track and rode 7 miles on the bike, and did a little bit of weights concentrating on abs and arms. I think I am starting to feel some abs forming. I was convinced that they had all converted to fat. Hope everyone is doing well. We have been at it a month, I can't wait to see how you are all progressing. Comments (3)
