February 07 Big Day at Weight WatchersI told myself this weekend that I was going to make sure I exercised
everyday this week for at least 30 minutes, because I had been slacking
off. I also said I was going to write down everything I ate and keep
good track of it. And I did. I went to weight watchers today and I lost
4.2 pounds! I was so excited. I was below 250 for the first time in a
long time. I need to get on here more and give you guys some
encouraging words like you all are doing for me. Hope everyone is
